Instant Savings Conditions

Instant savings are available for U.S. end-user customers who purchase a new eligible product/model during the promotion period from the Shop Xerox online store or from a participating Xerox authorized channel partner. See http://www.office.xerox.com/rebates for list of eligible products/models (includes Y, S, and PagePack configurations, unless otherwise noted), rebate amount, and effective dates of the promotion period.


Customers who purchase an eligible product from Shop Xerox will receive the applicable instant savings which will be reflected in the final purchase price. Participating Xerox authorized channel partners may provide end-user customers who purchase an eligible product with up to the applicable instant savings amount at the time of sale. No instant savings are available for remanufactured or demonstration products. Applicable tax, if any, is the sole responsibility of the end-user customer. Xerox Corporation may amend these instant savings terms and conditions from time to time. Instant savings are limited time offers and are available only while supplies last. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Rebate or Back-end Rebate Conditions

Rebates (also called Back-end rebates) are available for U.S. end-user customers who purchase a new eligible product/model (includes Y, S, and PagePack configurations, unless otherwise noted) during the promotion period from a participating Xerox authorized channel partner or from the Shop Xerox online store. See http://www.office.xerox.com/rebates for list of eligible products/models, back-end rebate amount, offer code, effective dates of the promotion period, and claim by date. In general, claims must be submitted within 30 days from the last day of the quarter when product was purchased, unless otherwise stated. In addition, unless otherwise stated, transactions directly with Xerox (e.g. Xerox Purchase, Lease or Rental Agreement) are excluded because the pricing for such transactions typically includes the rebate amount.


End-user customers must submit a rebate request online at: http://www.xerox.com/office/claim their end-user customer contact information, offer code, purchase information (purchased from, purchase date), and eligible product/model and configuration. End-user customers must print the submission fax cover sheet that is generated by the online rebate submission tool and fax the completed online rebate claim submission fax coversheet, device startup page and a copy of the purchase invoice to the fax number indicated on the fax coversheet no later than claim by date for the promotion. Limit of 20 back-end rebates per product per rebate period, unless otherwise specified in writing. Unless otherwise stated, Xerox factory remanufactured devices and demonstration devices are eligible for 50% of the rebate amount for a new device. See below for additional terms and conditions.


Trade-In Rebate Conditions

Trade-in rebates are available for end-user customers who purchase an eligible Xerox product during the promotion period from a participating Xerox authorized channel partner, and trade-in a non-Xerox A4 size printer or multifunction product or an A3 printer.


End-user customers must submit a rebate request online at http://www.xerox.tradeups.com. Xerox must receive the claim confirmation email within 30 days of purchase, the proof of purchase of the new Xerox product within 30 days of claim submission, and the trade-in product within 30 days of shipping label receipt. Limit of 1 trade-in rebate per product purchased. Trade-in rebates are combinable with eligible instant savings or rebate offers. Limit of 5 trade-in rebates claimed per calendar month, unless otherwise specified in writing. Trade-in rebates are not combinable with bid support unless otherwise specified in writing. Trade-in rebates are not combinable with other back-end rebates including the Xerox Customer Rebate. The trade-in product must be located in the US or Canada to qualify.

2017 April-May-June Xerox Customer Rebate

End-user customers who own a Xerox brand desktop size monochrome or color device qualify for the Xerox Customer Rebate. Rebates vary in amount and are based on the new qualifying Xerox device purchased (see brochure at www.shop.xerox.com/upgrade-rebate for rebate amounts).


End-user customers must submit a rebate request online at: www.xerox.com/office/claim by entering their end-user customer contact information, offer code (XEROXCUSTREBQ217), purchase information (purchased from, purchase date), and eligible product/model for both the new and previously purchased device. End-user customers must submit the device startup page of customer's previously purchased device, a copy of the purchase invoice for the new device, and a start-up page of the new device. Limit of 5 back-end rebates per end-user, per rebate period, unless otherwise specified in writing. Only one rebate for each qualifying product previously purchased by the customer. Xerox factory remanufactured devices and demonstration devices are not eligible.


Only purchases by U.S. end-user customers with a valid U.S. mailing address are eligible; Xerox channel partners, resellers, agents, dealers, distributors, e-tailers and retailers are not eligible. End-user customer must purchase eligible products directly from an independent Xerox authorized channel partner or Shop Xerox; purchases or leases directly from Xerox or from Xerox affiliates or subsidiaries are not eligible for this promotion. The previously purchased qualifying Xerox device must have been purchased directly from an independent Xerox authorized channel partner, Shop Xerox or Xerox Direct; purchases or leases directly from Xerox or from Xerox affiliates or subsidiaries do not qualify for this promotion. Rebate checks are payable in U.S. dollars and are mailed directly to end-user customers. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of rebate check.

Xerox Rev Up Your Savings

  • Rebate applies to Genuine Xerox ink and toner for all Xerox letter-size printers, letter-size multifunction printers and tabloid-size printers.
  • You must purchase at least two items on a single invoice.
  • Invoice must reflect the purchase price.
  • Invoice must be dated from April 1 through June 30, 2017.
  • Individual order invoices must meet or exceed eligible purchase amounts to qualify for a rebate ($250 purchase for $25 rebates or $1,000 for a $100 rebate). Individual order invoices cannot be added together to qualify.
  • Customer can submit an invoice for at least two supply items totaling $1,000 or more and receive a one-time rebate of $100.
  • Rebates limited to a total of $100 per each qualifying end user customer and/or company.
  • Any combination of ink and toner apply. For example, one toner cartridge and one solid ink stick pack may be combined in a single purchase as long as the total meets or exceeds the $250 purchase requirement to qualify for a rebate.
